Why is the list shorter than other boards?
We only surface postings that explicitly state sponsorship in the job description. Most postings never mention visas either way, so this list is deliberately conservative, not exhaustive.
Do sponsoring roles cover my visa type?
The filter reflects what employers state publicly (H-1B, TN, E-3, sponsorship-transfer, and similar language). Always confirm your specific visa class with the employer.
How fresh is the data?
Postings are re-verified against the employer ATS on a rolling 24-48h cycle and removed automatically when they close.

Why do some companies not appear?
If a posting does not mention visa sponsorship, we do not tag it, even if the employer has sponsored in the past. Coverage grows as more employers state sponsorship explicitly in their postings.
